This is our most popular massage treatment. A personalized experience designed specifically for you, taking into account your lifestyle and individual needs, this massage will incorporate Range of Motion Stretching, ensuring that it adapts seamlessly to your requirements as they evolve over time. Furthermore, this massage may include any modality or draw upon all of my extensive training if necessary. Options available to enhance your session include Hot Stones, Cupping, Deep Tissue, Swedish techniques, Energy Work, Thai Massage, Ortho-bionomy, or Acutherapy, allowing for a truly comprehensive and well-rounded therapeutic experience.

You will be blown away by the level of comfort after your first sauna dome session. Laying down allows you body to release the demands of gravity. This in turn allows optimal blood circulation and benefits from using a sauna. Having your head out and lying down is a level of comfort that you'll never get from a cabin-style infrared sauna.

Sensorial Immersion is a deeply restorative spa experience designed to calm the nervous system through intentional engagement of sound, light, aromatherapy (raindrop therapy), and touch. Each session is carefully curated to guide the body into a state of relaxation, grounding, and quiet presence.

Rooted in the principles of sensory regulation and mindful relaxation, Sensorial Immersion offers a space where the outside world softens and the body is invited to rest, reset, and reconnect. This is not simply relaxation — it is immersion.

Sensorial Immersion

Vibroacoustic Therapy (VAT) uses low-frequency sound vibrations (10-1000 Hz) delivered through transducers, combined with music, to create deep internal resonance for relaxation, pain relief, and healing by stimulating tissues, improving circulation, and regulating the nervous system, often used for stress, anxiety, chronic pain, and sleep issues, acting as a drug-free, multisensory wellness tool.

VibroAcoustic Therapy

Full body lymphatic drainage massage is used for assisting in moving stagnant Lymph fluid or reducing Lymph Edema (swelling) caused from trauma, surgery or other physical changes. This service can vary in length but is generally 70 to 90 minutes depending on your bodies response and the lymphatic systems ability to move the fluid.

Manual Lymphatic drainage

This treatment is for one area of RPW (Shockwave). One area could be as small as the bottom of your foot or an area on each side of a joint depending on what soft tissue is creating the discomfort.

Radial Pressure Wave therapy is a noninvasive treatment that involves the application of Acoustic waves to injured soft tissue to alleviate pain and promote healing. 
RPW is best used for Chronic Pain and Not Acute pain, avoiding this treatment when the body has active Inflammation, and utilizing it to restart the Inflammation Cascade for Chronic Pain relief.

Radial Pressure Wave (Shockwave)

Craniosacral therapy (CST) is a gentle therapy that uses light touch to help relieve tension in the body, particularly around the head, spine, and sacrum. It aims to improve the flow of cerebrospinal fluid and promote healing. 
I am a Upledger Institute certified CST-0, which is the fundamentals of CST, and am excited to continue my training. 
I preform the assessment and correction of the Cranial Base and the 3 Thoracic diaphragms (Thoracic Inlet diaphragm, Thoracic Respiratory Diaphragm, and Pelvic Diaphragm), also known as the Transverse Myofascial Structures.

Swedish massage technique is the basis for relaxation in this massage.

Massage Therapy

Massage performed during pregnancy can help relieve muscle tightness, decrease anxiety and depression, and also help with joint pain. According to the American Pregnancy Association, massage can also improve labor outcome and newborn health if massage is incorporated into regular prenatal care. Relaxation and stress are significantly reduced due to massage, and this is a huge reason for the improved well being of both mother and baby. Plus, harmful hormones are reduced, and beneficial hormones are increased! This happens all naturally in your body, thanks to massage!

Pre or Post Natal Massage

With this treatment, a massage therapist will use smooth black basalt stones that have been heated to a uniform temperature in a water bath. Basalt stones are very rich in iron, which makes them particularly great at retaining heat and are even believed to help improve the flow of energy in your body.
The therapist will then either place the hot stones on specific points along the body to create soothing pressure or use them to actually massage muscles with steady pressure.

Microdermabrasion is a cosmetic procedure that uses a handheld device to gently exfoliate the top layer of skin, revealing newer, more radiant skin. We use either of the commonly used Machines, Crystal or Diamond tip, chosen for your Skin needs.

Body Exfoliation and Hydration Treatment.

Luxe Hydrating Body Wrap includes a dry brush exfoliation and a rich, soft, warming balm that uniquely melts on contact, leaving skin perfectly hydrated. 
With a red light therapy heat lamp the treatment will begin and then you'll be wrapped in a warm cocoon, cucumber slices will be placed on your eyes for that cooling and calming effect you need, adding facial pressure point/scalp/foot massage, and the remaining product will be removed with hot towels or massaged into the skin. This treatment will include an additional 30 minutes of Massage. 
75 to 90 minute treatment.

A chemical peel is a cosmetic procedure that uses a chemical solution to exfoliate and remove the outermost layers of dead skin cells, revealing fresh, healthier skin underneath. This process can improve the appearance of wrinkles, discoloration, acne scars, and other skin concerns.
